Kutter Pet Care Center

They were very vague and sneaky about their charges they made one price seem like it included shots and neuter for a cat. After we showed up to our appointment that took a couple weeks to get in in the first place they said that it was not the actual visit for the neuter this was just a visit for shots, every other vet that I called and asked about it said that that is not a thing to make them wait after shots to have the surgery to get neutered. So we end up waiting three more weeks to get in to get neutered after they tried to add extra stuff into the shopping cart and we had to take them out and delete it to pay online they then told us it was an additional $400 after we showed up to get neutered and was not going to keep him overnight like they said the first time. So in order to get our cat back we had to pay the new price because the first time they said was just an estimate then they showed a document showing that we signed agreeing to the charges and it was a forged signature that did not match anybody that's even in our families signature or name. But yet they still refused to acknowledge that they did a little switch on the price and now holding our cat hostage. So we paid the fee to get the cat. Came home they never even cleaned up the cat after surgery and is still covered in blood. So I absolutely would never go there again and will tell everyone I know to stay away. They laughed at us when we told them the documents were not our signature and wouldn't let us have a copy of said signed paperwork. I wish I would have dug more into reviews before I went there because there are lots of them that say they rip you off and overcharged the last minute and when they got your animal they have you by the wallet

Wait time was minimal. Receptionist and staff were friendly.

My older female corgi was having issues urinating , took good care of her gave her antibiotics and had her nails cut to boot ! Great Place and staff !
