My pets are treated very well. I am pleased with everything they do for our family.

I called today to ask about availability, as my mom's cat is having an urgent need. Understandably, they did not have any availability, which is not why I am leaving a 1 star review. I am leaving a negative review because the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for recommendations of where to take my mom's cat. I would not recommend based on the customer service received.
