We love Arbor Creek! They are so knowledgeable and compassionate. We have a menagerie and they all go here, exotics included!

It's been several months since we lost our fur baby. He was so sick, throwing up a dark liquid. We took him to Arbor Creek Animal Hospital (where we'd been taking both our boys for quite some time). The vet who saw our dog didn't even research why he was throwing up the dark liquid - we even took in some of it for her to examine. She sent us home. We called when he wasn't improving, No return call. He died that night. I would never take another of my animals to Arbor Creek Animal Hospital. We are devastated! He did not need to die. She simply couldn't be bothered to take the time to really investigate why he was so sick, or return our call because we were at a loss of what to do for him. We're absolutely heartbroken. They sent a sympathy card. Really? They killed our 'baby'!

Dr. Tarrant, Dr. Madden and the entire staff at Arbor Creek Animal Hospital are the most knowledgeable, compassionate, customer focused and cost considerate providers I have ever experienced, and I've been a cat mom for 60 years with a variety of clinics. I came to Arbor Creek because the previous well-known clinic was money driven, they rushed exams, lost paperwork and insisted on shots, etc. that were not necessary for an in-door only cat. A personal friend vet-tech works at Arbor Creek, and I knew how qualified and caring she was, she wouldn't work at a clinic that didn't meet her standards for small animal care. This is a very calm environment for pets, they never rush and spend as much time as needed communicating pet test results, suggest alternatives to keep cost down, etc. Pets are family, Arbor Creek is all about professionally and passionately caring for pets and their families.
