Had an emergency on Labor Day, the Vet was easy to get a hold of and met me at the office to care for our injured dog. Service was great, she was thorough and treated us with compassion and great care.

Cottonwood is a little more expensive than the other vet in Ottawa but they have always put our animation animals before the money. Our dog Lucky needed emergency surgery and they were the only ones willing to do it without cash up front. That's when we decided that they world be our veterinary.
