Like many other reviews have shared, I have been unimpressed on more than one visit but chose to give them another chance. This the first vet I have visited that took my animal back and left me in the waiting room without offering me to join. This approach leaves the door open for important details to be missed while communicating with the doctor during the animal observation. Doc had minimal questions or comments and has terrible bedside manner. He did not ask any follow up questions about concerns previously noted in the animals history (his own observations). After observing the animal, he brought him to me and discussed the findings aloud in the waiting area. The encounter was impersonal and lacked privacy and emotional support of the owner. I was told the cat had a heart murmur on a previous visit with the same vet and the condition was very rare in cats. When I asked about the heart murmur today, he responded that he had only looked into the nose discharge on this visit. Simply looking over vitals on the animal would have provided an answer to this question. His demeanor did not show genuine care for the well-being of the animal but simply making a business transaction. We will NOT be returning to this clinic.
