Been going there for years not but won’t be going there again for many reasons.

We've went to broadway animal hospital for awhile and had multiple issues but most recently we took our cat in because she is having some issues with the skin around her eyes we took her in and paid for treatment that did nothing. When we called them back a couple weeks later to tell them she had gotten worse they were very rude and informed us they wouldn't be getting her in anytime soon and from now on would be charging us an "emergency fee" starting at $85. They would not tell us anything else their one and only concern was making sure we knew they were going to charge us extra from now on for their failed attempt at treatment. We will not be returning.

Rude staff. The vet gave me several hundred dollars worth of medicine that still didn’t help my dog

I wanted to thank the front office staff for always giving gold standard service. (Even though Siouxsie thinks she’s going to be tortured). They have handled all of babies with care. After we had to say goodbye to our little girl of 15 years, we received a beautiful card and note from the staff. Fast forward a few months and we now have a new middle aged man that will definitely need some TLC from the hospital team. Thank you all ahead of time for being understanding and patient with this crazy dog mom! 🐾
