Dr Sparrow and staff were amazing! We are incredibly grateful for the care Nix received here. We came in under very stressful circumstances after being told by a different vet clinic that she needed an emergency spay for suspected pyrometra. From the beginning, the team was kind, thorough, and reassuring. They took great care of Nix, kept us informed, and made an incredibly stressful situation feel much more manageable. Her recovery has gone very smoothly, and we truly appreciate how attentive and compassionate everyone was with both Nix and us.

You all always do such a good job looking after my rats and trying to get to the core problems. I know rats aren’t a common pet, so the fact that you know how to look after them - and are willing to do more research when there’s questions about what’s going on - is so helpful. You’re also responsive via text when I have questions about whether or not I should bring him in. I appreciate you all!
