El Paso Animal Hospital

Dr. Lynch is the best, and if I ever find myself in need of a vet in Kansas again, as long as she’s working, I’ll definitely be going to El Paso. From the front desk staff, tech, doctor, and check out staff everyone was incredibly kind and easy to deal with.

They are very caring. So willing to answer questions. Our bichon will be going to the rainbow bridge Oct. 3. We actually went for medicine refill for one of our standard poodles.

They were able to get my dog in immediately when we had an emergency. They were upfront about the pricing and treatment options, and all of the staff I encountered were very kind and professional. Definitely will be returning to El Paso for all of my dogs needs in the future.

9/25/26 Update to owner response: I was told I would need to get the referral card from the former owner to get my credit. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about need to drive so far away to get something I was promised, I was not corrected or given any indication you were honoring the $25 credit without getting the referral card from the former owner. Training needs to be given on expressing empathy and accountability when handling customer service issues. When you already know someone is frustrated, you usually tell them what you ARE going to do, not what you AREN'T going to do. Someone shouldn't have to spend 10 minutes on the phone listening to excuses before an offer is made to fix the situation. I stand by my review. Thank you. --------------------------------------- I usually take my animals to a different vet, but gave El Paso a chance since that's where my new puppy's previous owner took her. After she transferred ownership, I called to verify my puppy's existing appointment would stay in place. I was told it would and that they approved no exam fee since she was already an existing patient. I thought all was set. Later that day, the same El Paso employee I spoke with called me back to let me know they were going to include us in a referral program, so me and my puppy's former owner would both get a $25 after I came in for the first time. I went to the first appointment, which took significantly longer than I was advised and got the bill, which didn't include the $25 referral credit. I emailed the vet to advise them the credit I was offered was not applied to my bill. The following week, I received a phone call from a manager who did nothing but make excuses about why I didn't get the credit and tell me they had lots of training opportunities with the situation but no apologies or fixing the issue. They tried to tell me I was also given the exam as a promotion, which was not what the girl told me on the phone when she called to offer the referral bonus. She said she got approval to waive it since my puppy wasn't technically a new patient. This manager who called showed no understanding, offered no sympathy or willingness to honor what I was promised. He proceeded to tell me I was wrong about what I had been told and that if I wanted the referral credit, I would have to drive into Wichita and get the card from my puppy's former owner. I told him I have an unreliable car and wouldn't be driving 30 minutes away to get a card for a credit I'd already be offered by the other employee. I told him I only gave them a chance because my puppy went there previously but that I'm not happy with promises being broken and me being penalized for their lack of training instead of honoring what I was offered. I told him I would go back to my regular vet that my other pets go to because this was not how you should do business and my regular vet would never do something like this. Extremely disappointed and will not return.
